When using third-party delivery:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Any issues with delivery must be handled directly with DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.
We are not responsible for delays, missing items, or driver-related issues
For pickup via Square:
Pickup times are estimates
Orders must be collected during business hours
Unclaimed orders may not be refundable (coffee products are time-sensitive)
